摘　　要：目的 :通过借鉴英国大奥蒙德街儿童医院的儿科转诊模式,结合我国儿科分级诊疗体系建设中存在的问题,提出英国儿科转诊模式对完善我国儿科分级诊疗发展的启示经验。方法 :运用文献评阅、政策比较等方法,分析英国儿科转诊制度、转诊流程及转诊标准。结果 :英国儿科转诊制度严格,由家庭医生负责首诊,转诊流程规范,转诊标准明确。结论 :建议我国提高基层儿科诊治能力,使基层医疗机构与儿童专科医院各司其职,分工协作;明确转诊流程与转诊标准,确保医患双方遵照执行;医保制度强制约束,确保患者基层首诊,推进儿科分级诊疗顺利实施。Objective： To put forward the enlightenment for China through learning the pediatric referral pattern of Great Ormond Street Children＇s Hospital in Britain and analyzing the problems in the construction of pediatric hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system in China. Methods： The pediatric referral system, referral process, and referral criteria in Britain were analyzed through literature review and policy comparison. Results： The pediatric referral pattern in Britain was featured by strict system, normative process, and clear criteria, and family physician was responsible for the first diagnosis. Conclusion： First, the pediatric diagnosis and treatment ability of primary health care institutions in China should be improved, so that primary health care institutions and children＇s hospitals perform their duties and cooperate with each other. Second, the referral process and referral criteria of China should be clear, which both doctors and patients comply with. Third, the health care system of China should compulsively ensure that primary health care institutions make the first diagnoms so as to promote the implementation of pediatric hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
