摘 要:针对化学合成反应中产生的含磷废水溶液,将处理分三步进行,第一步:用30%液碱将废水调节到pH14,磷酸盐全部转化为磷酸三钠盐,然后将三乙胺全部蒸出回收处理,第二步:将处理后的料液冷却结晶抽滤出磷酸钠结晶,第三步:将抽滤母液进行除磷处理,采用加石灰粉调节合适的pH生成沉淀,再用含三氯化铝的盐酸废液调节pH到合适时,可将废水的含磷量降到2ppm以下。The phosphorus salt in the synthetic wastewater was separated with three steps. The first step: The phos- phate in the solution which was adjusted to pill4 with 30% caustic soda solution, was converted to three phos- phate sodium phosphate, The triethylamine was recovered by distillation. The second step: the sodium phosphate salt crystallization was separated from the mother liquor by suction filtration. The third step: The filtered liquor was adjusted to the suitable pH with the lime powder to form the precipitation, then was joined with the waste hydrochloric acid which contained the aluminum chloride to adjust to the right pH. And then the phosphorus amount of the wastewater reduced to less than 2ppm.
