两种肠道清洁方法在妇科肿瘤术前肠道准备中对患者休克指数影响的差异性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨术前口服聚乙二醇电解质散和传统肥皂水保留清洁灌肠在妇科肿瘤术前肠道准备的疗效差异。方法将64例妇科腹式肿瘤手术患者随机分为2组,其中口服电解质组36例,保留灌肠组28例,分别在术晨进行问卷调查评价患者的主观满意度,比较两组之间的差异,同时分别于肠道准备前和术晨监测患者的血压和心率,比较两组病人组间和组内的休克指数的变化。结果主观满意度调查提示组间比较口服电解质组明显优于传统保留灌肠组,两组之间比较有显著差异;休克指数比较,组内保留灌肠组有显著差异而口服电解质无差异,组间术前无显著差异而术后口服电解质组明显优于保留灌肠组。灌肠效果口服电解质组优良率97.2%也优于保留灌肠组85.7%。结论口服聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道清洁具有痛苦小,病人满意度高,对患者血容量影响小,灌肠效果明确等优点。Objective To investigate the preoperative oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and traditional soap and water retention enema in gynecological tumors the curative effect of preoperative bowel preparation. Methods 64 patients with gynecological abdominal tumor surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups, one group of 36 cases of oral electrolyte, retention enema group 28 cases, respectively, in the art of morning to evalu- ate the subjective satisfaction of patients, the questionnaire survey to compare the difference between the two groups, respectively at the same time in the morning of bowel preparation before and perioperative patients＂ blood pressure and heart rate monitoring, comparison between the two groups patients group and shock index changes within the group. Results The comparison of oral electrolyte groups was significantly better than the traditional reservation enema group, and the comparison between the two groups was significantly different. Shock index comparison, retention enema group there were significant differences in the group and oral electro- lyte no difference, there was no significant difference between groups preoperative and postoperative oral electro- lyte retention enema group is obviously better than the group. The excellent rate of oral electrolyte group was 97.2% and 85.7% of the enema. Conclusion Oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on small intestinal cleaning with pain, patient satisfaction, impact on the patients＂ blood volume is small, effect of enema clear advan- tages
