摘　　要：作为"千年大计""国家大事"的雄安新区,一经宣布设立,就引发了国内外强烈的关注,从设立方式、根本定位到战略目标,雄安新区都体现出了与以往任何一个新区不同的姿态,这是一个全新的、具有历史意义的顶级新区。在这样的形势下,如何做好雄安新区的顶层文化设计显得尤为重要。本文从五个维度分析了雄安新区顶层文化设计的内涵,并进一步强调在雄安新区的建设过程中,各个地区之间在文化上达到认同的重要意义。Xiongan New Area, when announced as an establishment of a ＂ millennium planning,＂ or ＂ the country＇s great event,＂ has been causing a great attention both at home and abroad. From the way of its establishment, its orientation and its strategic aims, Xiongan New Area displays a completely new atmosphere which is totally different from any one of the new zones in the past. This is a completely new and top area with great historical significance. It is highly important, therefore, to accomplish the top cultural design for Xiongan New Area. The implications of the top cultural design for this new area has been approached in this paper from five perspectives, and it has also been emphasized that the cultural identification of different areas is highly important in the construction of Xiongan New Area.
