摘　　要：目的分析肾嗜酸性细胞腺瘤多排螺旋CT表现,提高其诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析4例经手术或穿刺活检病理证实的肾嗜酸性细胞腺瘤多排螺旋CT表现。结果 4例均为单发,最大病灶为86.3 mm×63.4 mm,最小病灶为46.1 mm×32.7 mm,平均57.8 mm×45.4 mm。2例行CT平扫,呈等密度影。增强扫描3例病灶强化特点呈"速升缓降"型改变。1例病灶增强扫描皮质期CT值(97.5 HU)低于实质期CT值(136 HU),但仍低于肾实质密度。4例病灶中央均见裂隙状或星芒状瘢痕,增强扫描3例呈渐进性强化,1例三期均无明显强化。3例手术患者病理显示有完整包膜,所有病例均未见钙化。结论多排螺旋CT平扫加三期增强扫描对肾嗜酸性细胞腺瘤诊断颇具价值。Objective To investigate the multi - slice spiral CT manifestations of renal oncoeytoma, and improve the multi - slice spiral CT diagnostic accuracy of the disease. Methods The multi - slice spiral CT manifestations of 4 renal oneoeytomas proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results All 4 cases were solitary, the biggest lesions of 86. 3 mm× 63.4 mm, the smallest lesions of 46. 1 mm× 32.7 mm, the average 57.8 mm × 45.4 mm. Two tumors were isotense on non - eontrast CT. Enhanced scanning strengthening eharaeteristies of 3 eases of lesions in ＂speed up slow down＂ type ehange. 1 case of focal cortical phase CT scan values （97.5 HU） was lower than the real phase CT value （ 136 HU） , but still lower than the density of renal parenchyma. 4 eases were lesions in central all see fissure or astral form sear, 3 cases of progressive scan improved, 1 ease of three stage had no obvious reinforcement. 3 patients with surgical pathology revealed a eomplete coated, and all eases showed no calcification. Conclusion Plain scan and three - phase dynamic scan by muhi - slice spiral CT are helpful for the diagnosis of renal oncoeytoma.
