摘 要:新研制的液压整体迈步式吊盘可解决超深立井井筒施工中凿井设备的悬吊问题,为了能使吊盘在井筒施工中具有更好的安全性和可靠性,研制了液压整体迈步式吊盘试验架。主要对液压迈步式吊盘试验架的结构形式及荷载布置进行了分析,通过SAP2000建立模型并进行计算分析,得出试验架立柱上最大的应力比及荷载作用下的轴力图,最后分析得出最大荷载工况下各杆件的应力比,使迈步式吊盘能够可靠进行地面试验。The new development of moving whole of hydraulic hanging scaffold can solve the problem of suspension ultra deep shaft sinking equipment in construction, in order to ensure the safety and reliability of hanging scaffold is better in well construction, developed a the steel frame for the ground test of moving whole of hydraulic hanging scaffold. Mainly to analyze the structure form and loading arrangement of the steel frame for the ground test of moving whole of hydraulic hanging scaffold. Though the finite element software SAP2000 establish the model of the steel frame,to calculate and analyze, get result of the maximum stress ratio and loading shaft for upright column of the steel frame, finally ,we can analyze the the bar stress ratio in the condition of maximum load, so that the moving whole of hydraulic hanging scaffold can carry out the ground test reliable.
