摘　　要：运用有限元分析软件对水平螺旋输送机进行数值模拟,研究了物料填充率、螺旋转速、摩擦系数、螺旋叶片厚度和螺距对螺旋体的应力和变形的影响。By using the finite element analysis software to numerical simulation of the horizontal screw conveyor, the effects of material fill rate, screw speed, friction coefficient, spiral blade thickness and screw pitch on the stress and deformation of the screw are studied.
