摘  要:针对一些零件应用于无润滑条件下的现状。研究制定了Ni/石墨复合电刷镀的技术工艺流程和镀液配方。运用电刷镀工艺技术在45钢基体上刷镀Ni/石墨颗粒复合镀层,并对影响镀层性能的镀液中石墨颗粒含量、刷镀电压、刷镀的相对速度等因素进行了研究。从而得出最佳的工艺参数:镀液中石墨粉末含量80 g/L,刷镀电压9 V,颗粒平均粒径d<20μm,镀液温度20℃。在最优工艺参数下制备的Ni/石墨颗粒复合镀层显微硬度为HV713.1,磨损体积快速镍镀层是Ni/石墨颗粒复合镀层的2.248倍,对于提高零件的耐磨性及可靠性有很重要的意义。Some of the parts are used in the status of non-lubricated conditions. Amount of researches have developed Ni / graphite composite brush plating process and solution formulation technology. The brush plating technology is used in the 45 steel substrate plating Ni/graphite composite coating particles and the affect of the performance of coating graphite particles content in the solution formulation, brush voltage and other factors was studied. According to experiment, the optimum process parameters are as follows: the bath concentration of graphite powder 80 g/L,plating voltage 9 V,average particle of graphite powder d〈20 μm,bath temperature 20 ℃. Under the optimal process parameters of Ni/graphite particle composite coating microhardness is HV713.1,wear volume is 2.248 times than Ni/graphite composite coatings. The workpiece to improve the wear resistance,corrosion resistance and reliability are very important.
