摘  要:针对神南矿区现有综采设备通用性差、利用率低、备品备件库存量大等问题,研究实施了神南矿区综采设备综合协调管理技术。根据神南矿区各可采煤层厚度,进行了煤层赋存条件分类分析,研究确定了综采工作面合理开采高度、工作面长度,在分析现有综采设备适应性的基础上,以实现神南矿区综采设备型号、参数、配套方案的最全、最简、最优为原则,编制了综采设备系列型谱,提高了神南矿区综采设备的适应性、通用性和流转使用效率,降低了备品备件的库存量,为类似条件矿区的综采设备集中化统一管理提供了借鉴。The south mining area of fully mechanized equipment for god poor universality,low utilization rate,big issues such as spare parts spare parts warehouse stock ,research carried out God South Mining Area of fully mechanized equipment comprehensive coordination management technology. God according to the South Mining Area of each minable seam thickness, coal seam occurrence condition classification analyses and studies to determine the reasonable mining height of fully mechanized working face,the length of working face,on the basis of analyzing the existing fully mechanized equipment adaptability, in order to realize the God of the South Mining Area of fully mechanized equipment model,the parameters, the most complete matching scheme, the minimalist and optimal for the principle, preparation of the fully mechanized equipment series spectrum, improved the God of the South Mining Area of fully mechanized equipment adaptability ,versatility and circulation efficiency,reduces the stock of spare parts spare parts warehouse. It provides a reference for the centralized management of fully mechanized mining equipment in the similar mining area.
