基于SCI的内分泌干扰物复合暴露研究的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨文献计量学分析在内分泌干扰物复合暴露研究中的应用。方法利用Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE)网络数据库检索以内分泌干扰物(n=14 495)和复合暴露(n=1 053)为主题的论文,从发文趋势、主题词等方面进行文献计量学分析。结果过去10年该领域的文献产量稳定快速增长,55.1%的论文是近5年发表的,研究主题的关联性近年来呈增加趋势,当前的研究热点主要集中在雌激素、双酚A、多氯联苯、壬基酚、抗雄激素、卵黄蛋白原、农药、甲状腺激素等方面。结论文献计量学分析有助于了解内分泌干扰物复合暴露研究的总体发展态势。Objective To explore the application of bibliometric analysis in the studies of combined exposure of endocrine disruptors.Methods The papers on combined exposure of endocrine disruptors were searched in Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE) published in July 2015 and before.Bibliometric analysis was carried out based on publication years,subjects and so on.Results The production of papers in this field kept a rapid growth over the past ten years and 55.1% of the papers published in the past five years.The relevance of research theme had an increasing trend over time.Hot research theme focused on the estrogen,Bisphenol A,PCBs,nonylphenol,anti-androgen,vitellogenin,pesticides,thyroid hormones and so on.Conclusion Bibliometric analysis is benefit to explore the advance of in the studies on combined exposure of endocrine disruptors
