摘　　要：对于国内缺少赛马(马术)职业技能标准的鉴定机构的现状,本文结合国外职业鉴定系统和国内其它职业技能鉴定方法,提出了新型三证型职业资格鉴定方法,对其进行概念界定和内涵分析。赛马(马术)职业是新型职业资格证书、学历证书和实践合格证书三个能力的综合,是具有职业道德示范能力、专业理论应用能力、专业技能操作能力、核心技能应用能力、职业创新能力等五种能力。Since there is no accreditation agent of horse racing （equestrian） vocational skills, the paper proposes a new three-certificate vocational qualification accreditation with the reference of equestrian vocational accrediting systems in the foreign countries and related vocational skills accrediting methods in China. The paper attempts to define the concept and nature of this vocational skill standard. Horse racing （equestrian） qualification is the integration of three qualifications： new vocational, formal schooling education and practice. This occupation needs five elements, i.e. professional ethics, apphcation ability of professional theories, operation ability, core skills application ability, innovation.
