摘　　要：通过对中低碳锰铁生产的炉衬材料成分要求的分析,从炉衬的打结过程、中低碳锰铁生产的原材料、生产过程、用电制度的要求以及避峰生产的情况等几个方面入手,详细介绍了延长炉衬使用寿命的方法。In this paper, through the analysis of lining material composition on the production of medium and low car-bon ferromanganese requirements, starting from the lining knotting process, the raw materials of medium and low car-bon ferromanganese production, production process, electricity system requirements and avoiding producing at electric supply peak, and so on, it introduces the method to prolong the service life of lining.
