摘 要:根据与中南大学合作的铬粉矿制备球团技术研究项目,以南非粉矿、土耳其粉矿为主要原料,结合高碳铬铁生产工艺条件,通过铬粉矿制备球团原材料——铬粉矿、膨润土、焦炭粒进行综合试验分析,为下步球团制备、高碳铬铁生产及球团预还原提供基础依据,希望能在铁合金行业交流学习中起到借鉴作用。This paper is based on the cooperation research project of chrome powder ore pellet preparation technology with Central South University. The main raw materials are Southern-African ore and Turkish ore. Combining with the high-carbon ferrochromium processing technology conditions, the comprehensive experiment analysis were conducted on chrome powder ore, centonite and coke particles. All these provide basic foundation for pellet preparation, high- carbon ferrochromium production and pellet pre-reduction. Hoping this article can play a reference role in the ferroal-loy industry exchange learning.
