摘  要:锰系铁合金是钢铁冶炼过程中不可或缺的添加剂,伴随着铁合金产量的增加,产生了大量的废渣。为了响应国家建设资源节约型社会的号召,在节能减排的同时提升企业经济效益,交城义望铁合金有限责任公司与武汉理工大学合作启动了利用锰系热熔渣浇铸微晶石项目。试验浇铸的样品结构致密、物相均一、平整度良好,抗折强度可达30~50 MPa,为下一步的试验奠定了坚实的基础。Manganese ferroalloy is indispensable additives in the ferroalloy smelting process during which a large a- mount of slag is produced with the production of iron alloy. Responsing to the national policy of constructing a re- source-saving society, Jiaocheng Yiwang ferroalloy Co. ,Ltd and Wuhan University of Technology began to research the project that preparation microcrystal line stone from molten slag with the purpose of energy saving, environmental pro-tection and economic benefit improvement. The casted samples have dense microstructure, homogeneous phase, and favourable flatness, and the flexural strength can be up to 30~50 MPa. The experiment laid a solid foundation for fur-ther experimental study.
