摘　　要：目的:了解帕金森疾病(PD)患者自我健康管理现状并分析其影响因素。方法:随机抽取2015年8月~2016年3月某两所三级甲等医院符合标准的PD患者,采用一般情况调查表、自制PD患者自我健康管理问卷进行面对面调查。结果:PD患者自我健康管理得分为(61.52±9.90)分,处于中低度水平。影响患者自我健康管理能力的因素主要为居住方式、患病时间、疾病分期、健康状况、自理能力。结论:PD患者自我健康管理的能力处于中低水平,且影响因素较多,急需制定切实可行的措施,以增强PD患者自我健康管理的意识和能力,进而提高PD患者的生活质量。ObjectiveTo understand the status of self - health management in patients with Parkinson5 s disease （PD） and to analyze their influencing fac-tors. Methods ： Qualified PD patients from two third - grade class - A hospitals from August 2015 to March 2016 were selected randomly and face - to - face investigation was conducted by general situation questionnaire and self - made questionnaire of self - health management for PD patients. Results ： The self -health management score of PD patients was （61 ？ 52 ±9？ 90） points, which was at the middle and low level. Factors that affect the ability of patients in self - health management mainly were the way of life, sick time, disease staging, health status and self - care ability. Conclusion ： The ability of PD pa-tients in self - health management is at middle and low level, and there are many influencing factors. It is urgent to develop practical measures to enhance the consciousness and ability of PD patients in self - health management and improve the quality of life of PD patients.
