摘 要:目的:探讨个性化健康教育对糖尿病患者心理状态和自我效能的影响。方法:将2014年1月~2015年1月在我院接受治疗的80例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,并随机等分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均采用针对性治疗,对照组患者实施常规护理和入院宣教;观察组患者则于对照组基础上实施个性化健康教育。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估两组患者心理状态,同时比较两组患者的自我效能和生活质量。结果:干预前,两组患者的SDS和SAS评分无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后SDS和SAS评分明显低于干预前,且观察组的评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者的自我效能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);随访12个月内发现,观察组患者的生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化健康教育可以有效改善患者的不良心理状态,增强患者的自我效能感,并进一步提高了患者预后生活质量。ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of individualized health education on the psychological condition and self - efficacy of diabetes patients. Methods: Selected 80 diabetes patients receiving treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 as the research target, and they were equally divided into observation group and control group at random, and patients in both groups received targeted treatment, where conventional nursing and admis-sion publicity and education were given to the patients in the control group, while individualized health education group was provided for the patients on the basis of the control group. Self - rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self - rating depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the psychological state of pa-tients in both groups, and patients in the two groups were compared in self - efficacy and life quality. Results : Prior to intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of patients in the two groups were not statistically significant(P 〉 0. 05) , after intervention, the SDS and SAS scores were significantly higher than those before intervention, and the scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of patients in the control group (P 〈 0.05) ; after inter-vention ,the scores of self - efficacy of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of patients in the control group(P 〈0. 05) ; up-on 12 months5 follow - up visit, it was found that the life quality of patients in the observation group was superior to that of patients in the control group(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion : The individualized health education could effectively improve the patients5 adverse psychological state, enhance the patients5 sense of self - efficacy and further improved the patients5 prognosis life quality.
