摘 要:通过可控原位氧化路线,首先得到Pt-PANI/CNT初级样品,并通过两步热处理制备出高电催化活性的20%Pt@C-N/CNT次生样品。进而,通过自发复合路线获得高Pt担载(42.8%~64.6%)的Pt@C-N/CNT次生样品,电极、燃料电池阳极应用均证实材料的高活性、高稳定性。通过"由下而上"的功能材料制备、开拓过程发现分子可控组装是实现高担载Pt、高Pt质量利用率的基础,针对反应的目标合成是认识功能材料动态行为的关键。With the controlled in-situ oxidation route,this study prepared primary sample of Pt-PANI/CNT,whose secondary sample of 20% Pt @C-N/CNT with high electro-activity was obtained after two-step heattreatment.And then,with the spontaneous compounding route,high Pt loading(42.8%-64.6%)forPt@C-N/CNT secondary samples were prepared,the high electro-activity and stability of which were corroborated in electrode and anode catalyst in fuel cell.Through the 'bottom-up' preparation along with the development for functional material,this study found that the controlled molecular assembly is the basis to achieve high Pt loading and high Pt mass utility,and the synthesis towards target reaction is the key to penetrate into the dynamical behaviors for functional materials.
