摘　　要：通过PKPM能效测评软件建立建筑模型,设定了不同的边界条件和模型处理,分析不同围护结构、不同保温材料厚度以及不同的阳台处理方式对传热量的影响,提出节能改造要着重从外窗和外墙做起,选用合适的保温材料厚度来提高建筑物的经济性,编制适合山西省的能效测评软件,更好的服务于实际工程。According to the establishment of the architectural model with the energy efficiency test software of PKPM,the paper designates various boundary conditions and model treatment,analyzes the influence of the various enclosure structures,thickness of thermal materials and balcony treatment on the heat transfer,points out the energy-saving reconstruction can start from the external windows and walls,and the proper thickness of thermal materials can be adopted to improve the money-saving of the buildings,so as to compile the energy efficiency test software for Shanxi Province,and provide better service for factual projects.
