摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动图对双腔左心室的诊断方法及其临床应用价值。方法经超声心动图诊断双腔左心室患者9例,总结分析其临床资料和超声特征。结果 9例患者均确诊双腔左心室,其中7例主、副腔为上下排列,2例为左右排列。2例副腔室壁变薄、运动减低,1例副腔室间隔偏厚。2例左室收缩功能减低。1例主、副腔间交通口梗阻。9例均不合并其他心血管畸形。结论双腔左心室是一种罕见的心血管畸形,具有典型的超声心动图表现,检查时需与左室憩室、左室室壁瘤及左室心肌致密化不全相鉴别。超声心动图在双腔左心室的诊断、治疗及预后评估等方面有较大的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the application value of echocardiography on the diagnosis of double-chambered left ventricle.Methods A total of 9 patients were diagnosed with double-chambered left ventricle by echocardiography.There clinical data and echocardiographic features were analyzed.Results There were 9 double-chambered left ventricle patients in this group.The accessory chambers were at apical in 7 cases and at left side in 2 cases.The walls of accessory chamber were thin and with decreased movement in 2 cases,and 1 case had thickened ventricular septum.The left ventricular systolic function decreased in 2 cases.1 case had obstruction between the two chambers.All of the patients did not have other cardiovascular malformations.Conclusions The double-chambered left ventricle is an extremely rare cardiovascular disease.It has typical echocardiographic manifestations.Its differential diagnosis include left ventricle diverticulum,aneurysm and left ventricular noncompaction.Echocardiography has a great application value on diagnosis and assessment of double-chambered left ventricle.
