摘　　要：目的探讨声触诊组织定性成像技术(VTI)在高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)消融子宫腺肌瘤疗效评价中的临床价值。方法以HIFU治疗已确诊的子宫腺肌瘤患者200例,共252个病灶作为研究对象,术后对比彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)、超声造影(CEUS)、VTI及增强磁共振(MRI)检查对消融灶的面积评估,并3、6、12个月随访治疗效果。结果 VTI获取的消融灶面积与CEUS、MRI测量结果具有较高的相关性。结论 VTI评估子宫腺肌瘤HIFU术后疗效具有重要临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of virtual touch tissues imaging（VTI）in the evaluation of therapeutic effect of high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU）ablation of Adenomyosis.Methods 200 patients with 252 adenomyosis were treated with HIFU in this study.The effects of ultrasound,VTI,contrast-enhanced ultrasonography（CEUS）and enhanced magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）were compared after HIFU to evaluate the ablation area,and the effect of treatment was followed up at 3,6,12 months after treatment.Results the ablation area of HIFU obtained by VTI was correlated with the results of CEUS and MRI measurements.Conclusions VTI is an important clinical value in evaluating the efficacy of HIFU in the treatment of adenomyosis.
