摘  要:以C40~C80高强低热混凝土在赵固二矿主井冻结段为应用背景,采用水泥、砂子、碎石、粉煤灰、磨细矿渣和化学外加剂根据不同的配比,配制不同强度的低水化热早强防裂密实高性能混凝土,实测强度超过设计强度的5%以上,提高了井壁的强度储备,有效地避免了井壁的破坏。水化热降低15~17℃,较好的控制了内、外层井壁大体积混凝土的温度裂缝的扩展,确保了冻结段的施工安全。The paper took the application of C40 - C80 high strength concrete with low freezing section in Zhaogn No. 2 Mine shaft as the background, cement, sand, gravel, fly ash, slag and chemical admixtures were mixed in different ratio, to prepare early strength crack compacting high performance concrete with low hydration heat and different strength, the actual strength of which was 5% greater than design. It improves the strength reserve of the shaft wall, effectively prevents the shaft wall destruction. As the hydration heat reduces 15 - 17℃, the inner and outer wall mass concrete temperature crack expansion is well controlled, ensuring the construction safety of freezing section.
