摘  要:基于巨野万福煤矿风井井筒冻结外壁掘砌施工期间,-130m至-300m段外壁出现的裂纹状况,结合信息化施工的监测数据和观察结果进行了系统的井壁破裂机理分析,得出主要原因在于井壁受力不均及该段土层冻胀力过大等原因,从而提出井圈与背板联合支护,且降低段高及布设卸压槽和加厚泡沫板的处理措施,在井筒后续掘砌施工中取得了良好的效果。Aiming at the crack of air shaft outer lining between -130m to -300m in Warffu Mine, during the freezing construction, causes for the crack were analyzed. The breaking mechanism of shaft lining was analyzed according to the data of informationized construction and observation results, which indicated the non- uniform stress distribution and excessive frost heaving force is the main cause for crack. A well curb and backboard combined supporting scheme was proposed, with lower the height of each segment, employment of pressure relief groove and thicker foam board. Favorable effect was achieved in subsequent construction.
