摘  要:根据井下紧急避险系统设计要求,结合天锡煤矿+260水平31采区井下的实际条件,确定构建一个容纳50人、生存室长25m、有效使用面积100m2的采区避难硐室。从硐室结构、地面钻孔压风系统、环境控制和生命保障系统、通讯照明系统、供配电系统等方面,研究了31采区永久避难硐室的功能需求和配套设施,可为同类规模矿井永久避难硐室的建设提供参考。According to the design requirements of underground emergency system, based on the actual condition of +260 level in No. 31 mining district of Tianxi Coal Mine, a refuge chamber in mining district was designed which is able to hold 50 people, the living room length is 25m, and the effective usable area is 100m2. The functional requirements and supporting facilities were studied, from chamber structure, surface borehole compressed-air system, environment control and life-support system, communication and illuminating system, power supply and distribution system.
