摘　　要：列出了常见消费类及动力电池检测标准及相关检测项目,对电池检测项目进行了分类;概述制定电池检测质量控制计划及实施方案的要求;分析目前电池检测实验室在质量控制计划、检测比对要求和方案、检测比对结果判定、安全检测项目记录等方面存在的问题;针对存在的问题提出了一些建议。The test standards and relevant test items for common consumer and traction batteries were introduced ,the test items were classified. The requirements of drawing up the quality control plan and the implementation plan for battery testing were outlined. Problems such as the quality control plan, requirements and programmers of comparison testing, judge of comparison testing results, records of battery safe items testing in battery testing laboratory were analyzed; some suggestions for the problems were raised.
