摘　　要：后备人才是竞技体育的生命之源、发展之本,是保障竞技运动可持续发展的基础。培养单位以各级各类体校为主和后备人才队伍规模逐年萎缩始终是我国竞技体育后备人才培养的主要现实状况,既有发展方式结构上的问题,也有外在的客观原因。体校的"培养目标"与普通学校培养目标相背离,导致业余训练与文化学习的矛质突出,是竞技体育后备人才短缺的主要原因,而其根源在于体制机制及发展模式。我国竞技体育后备人才研究主题相对集中,研究方法以定性研究为主,使得研究内容没有突破。研究方法的突破将是我国竞技体育后备人才培养研究的未来趋势,而基于多样化研究方法的一些微观而具体的研究在当前可能更有现实价值。Reserved sports talents is the foundation of the sustainable development of competitive sports. In current situation of competitive sports talents training, various sports school is the main training unit and the scale of reserved sports talents training is gradually shrinking. For the problem of structure of development mode and external objective causes, the goal of normal school is against sports school, which is the principal cause of the shortage of reserved sports talents, but the prima- ry cause is system mechanism and development mode. The research themes about reserved sports talents in China are relatively concentrated, and the research methods are similar qualitative inves- tigation, which makes the research content stagnant. The breakthrough of research methods will be the future trend towards on reserved sports talents training research, at present, and some micro and specific research based on diversified research methods may show more practical value.
