摘 要:运动作为促进骨健康的积极因素,对预防和治疗骨质疏松具有重要的作用。基于运动与骨健康及太极拳与骨健康研究,紧密结合太极拳运动的特质属性,挖掘太极拳促进骨健康的可能机理,有利于太极拳健身理论的丰富和完善以及太极拳这一民族传统体育活动的进一步推广。经过系统梳理后发现,太极拳促进骨健康主要通过以下3种途径:1)力学调控体系;2)神经-心理-免疫调控体系;3)化学调控体系。这3大调控体系既相互独立又相互影响,各体系发挥最大效能且体系间良好运作才能更好地促进骨骼健康。As a positive factor strengthening bone health, sports exercise plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Based on sports and bone health, Taijiquan and bone health study, combining closely with the special attributes of Taijiquan, this paper explores the possible mechanism of Taijiquan to promote bone health. It is beneficial to enrich and perfect the theory of Taijiquan fitness theory, and the further promotion of Taijiquan as a national traditional sports activity. After systematic analysis on all related documents, we found out that Taijiquan promoted bone health mainly through the following three ways: 1 ) Mechanical control system; 2 ) Neuro psycho immune regulation system;3 ) Chemical regulatory system. The three major regulatory systems are both independent and interactional, and each system has its best performance, and good functioning among them, so as to better promote bone health.
