摘 要:为观察青蒿多糖(Herba Artemisiae Annuae polysaccharides,HAAP)对小鼠免疫功能的影响,采用木瓜蛋白酶法提取青蒿多糖,将50只昆明种小鼠随机分成5组进行试验.第Ⅰ组为对照组,腹腔注射生理盐水;第Ⅱ组到第Ⅴ组为青蒿多糖组,分别按25,50,100,150mg/kg剂量腹腔注射青蒿多糖,连续给药7d.分离血清测定IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6,IFN-γ质量浓度.结果显示50 mg/kg青蒿多糖能提高血清中IL-1β,IL-2和IFN-γ质量浓度(p<0.01);25mg/kg青蒿多糖也能提高血清中IL-6和IFN-γ质量浓度(p<0.01);100mg/kg青蒿多糖对IL-2有升高作用,对IL-6和IFN-γ有降低作用(p<0.01).结果表明青蒿多糖对小鼠血清中这4种细胞因子有调节作用.提示适当质量浓度的青蒿多糖可能对Th1/Th2的平衡有调节作用.In order to observe the effects of HAAP(Herba Artemisiae Annuae polysaccharides)on immune function in mice,HAAP were extracted with papain.Fifty mice were randomly divided into 5 groups.GroupⅠ was the control group,in which the animals were intraperitoneally injected with physiological saline;From Group Ⅱ to GroupⅤ,the animals were intraperitoneally injected with HAAP at 25,50,100 and 150 mg/kg,respectively,for 7successive days.The levels of IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6and IFN-γfrom the separated serum were measured.The results showed that there were no starch,protein or amine acid in HAAP,and the content of total sugar was 24.74%.Compared with the control,HAAP at 50 mg/kg increased the serum levels of IL-1β,IL-2and IFN-γ(p〈0.01);HAAP at 25 mg/kg increased the serum levels of IL-6and IFN-γ(p〈0.01);and HAAP at 100mg/kg increased the level of IL-2but reduced the levels of IL-6and IFN-γ(p〈0.01).The above results indicated that HAAP had a regulating effect on the four cytokines in the serum of mice,and suggested that HAAP,at a proper concentration,might probably adjust Th1/Th2 balance.
