摘　　要：在互联网逐渐成为意识形态竞争主阵地、意识形态表达的主领域的背景下,网络意识形态伴随着各种意识形态倾向的信息在网络空间爆发式增长,发挥着意识形态本身具备的辩护和整合的功能。同时,网络意识形态在发布主体、传播方式、传播目的、社会动员力量等方面也具备新的功能特点。面对非主流意识形态多元化,西方强国的信息霸权,各种社会思潮的交错等诸多挑战,需坚持马克思历史唯物主义的原则和立场,把掌握意识形态的领导权、管理权和话语权作为执政党的第一领导权,革新网络技术,建立健全网络意识形态宣传队伍,创新意识形态的传播方式,提升国家文化软实力,构建中国特色的意识形态话语体系。Under the circumstance where Internet has gradually become the main front of ideological competition and the main domain of ideological expression,the network ideology has boomed explosively within the cyberspace accompanied by various ideology-oriented information,making use of the defense and integration functions of ideology itself.Meanwhile,it has some new features in aspects of the main body of publication,mode of communication,purpose of communication and social mobilization force.Confronted with the diversification of non-mainstream ideology,the informational hegemony of the Western powers and the interlocking of various social trends,we should uphold the principle and position of Marxist historical materialism and regard the ideological mastery of leadership,management and discourse as the first leading power of our ruling party;we should innovate network technology,establish a sound ideological propaganda team,disseminate innovative ideology,enhance the national cultural soft power and build an ideology discourse system with Chinese characteristics.
