三叉苦本草源流考证

摘　　要：通过对古代本草著作、全国性本草、地方性本草、辞典、药典的文献溯源,考证了南药三叉苦的品名源流及产地、分布、药用部位、性味、归经、功用、临床应用等方面的文献记载情况。认为民国胡真著的《山草药指南》为三叉苦的最早记载文献;正名为芸香科蜜茱萸属植物三叉苦Melicope pteleifolia(champ.ex Benth).T.G.Hartley;明确了三叉苦性味为苦、寒,功效为清热解毒、祛风除湿、消肿止痛,归肺、肝经;并对其生境、产区、临床应用有更明确的认识。可为开展三叉苦的进一步研究提供参考。By tracing the literatures of ancient monographs of Materia Medica, modern monographs of national and local Materia Medica, dictionary of Meteria Medica and pharmacopoeia, we completed the textual research of species source, habitats, distribution, medicinal parts, nature and properties, meridian tropism, actions and clinical application of Sanchaku [Melicope pteleifolia （Champ. ex Benth.） T. G. Hartley], a genuine medicinal herb from the South of the Five Ridges. The results indicated that the earliest literature record of Sanchaku is in the works of Shan Cao Yao Zhi Nan （Guideline for Mountain Herbal Medicine） written by Hu Zhen during the Period of Republic of China, and the exact Latin name of Sanchaku is Melicope pteleifolia （Champ. ex Benth. ） T. G. Hartley. The nature and properties, meridian tropism, and actions of Sanchaku have been defined as bitter-cold nature with lung and liver meridian tropism, and having the actions of clearing heat and removing toxicity, dispelling wind and resolving dampness, alleviating swelling and relieving pain. The results of textual research will provide reference to the further research of Sanchaku.
