不同剂量重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗创面的比较

摘　　要：目的:分析不同剂量重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗创面的效果。方法:选择某院2014年10月至2016年10月期间收治的需要进行创面治疗的患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为A组、B组、C组,分别给予75、150、300 Au/cm^2浓度进行治疗,再将每组分为3个小组,分别采用1次/d法、3次/d法、1次/d加保湿法进行治疗,对比各组的治疗效果。结果:同样的使用方法下,随着每日用药量的递增,创面的愈合时间呈明显缩短趋势(P<0.05);同样的剂量下,3次/d法和1次/d加保湿的创面愈合时间明显短于1次/d法(P<0.05)。结论:创面的愈合时间与用药的剂量相关,用药剂量越大创面愈合越快,而且3次/d法、1次/d加保湿法比1次/d法效果更好,从经济实用的角度优先推荐使用1次/d加保湿法。Objective： To compare the effects of different doses of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor on wound healing. Methods： 90 patients were selected in one hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 during the period of wound treatment ,were randomly divided into A group, B group, C group, which were treated by 75, 150, 300 Au/cm^2 concentration, and then each group was divided into three groups, respectively, using the method of 1 time/d,3 times/d 1 time/d with moisturizing method treatment, compared the therapeutic effect. Results：The method of using the same, with the daily dosage increasing, the wound healing time was significantly shortened trend （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the same dose, 3 times/d and 1 time/d with moisturizing the wound healing time was shorter than 1 time/d （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The dose of medication and wound healing time, dosage of greater wound healing faster, and better 3 times/d, 1 time/d and 1 time/d than the moisturizing effect, from the economic point of view recommended 1 times with moistening.
