摘　　要：在综合分析全国区域经济空间发展格局基础上,初步提出了黄河经济带的空间划分方案。进而,以黄河经济带地级以上中心城市为样本,通过中心城市服务能力的时空格局分析,并与城市间的空间经济联系进行对比,深入解析了黄河经济带中心城市服务能力规模等级、职能定位及其空间体系分布特征。研究认为,黄河经济带中心城市服务能力的空间分布较为不平衡,总体上呈现大区域京津双核吸引,小区域省会中心带动的空间格局。区域中心城市服务能力与空间经济联系之间呈现高度的空间耦合关系,说明中心城市服务能力是其对外经济联系强弱的综合反映。京津两市的全域性中心服务能力尚有很大不足,服务辐射较多局限在邻近的周边区域,对中、西部广大中小城市的辐射带动作用小。与长江经济带相比较,黄河经济带协同发展的最大问题在于黄河航运功能不足,东西横向经济联系相对较弱,横向陆桥通道建设对黄河经济带长足发展起着至关重要的作用。On the basis of comprehensive analysis regional economic spatial development pattern in China, this article brings forward a space division plan of the Yellow River economic belt. Taking the all of central cities under the jurisdiction of province as a sample in the Yellow River economic belt, through the spatial and temporal pattern analysis of the central cities external service capabilities, and at the same time, compared with the spatial economic links between central cities, this paper attempts to analyze the scale grade, function orientation and spatial distribution characteristics of the Yellow River economic belt central cities external service capabilities. The main findings are as follows： the Yellow River economic belt central cities service capabilities spatial distribution is not balanced comparatively, overall shows a spatial distribution, which was Beijing, Tianjin dual core attraction in the large region, small regional capital cities center drive. The spatial coupling relation is presented between central cities external service capabilities and its spatial economic links, it was illustrated that central cities service capacities is the comprehensive reflection of the strength of its spatial economic links. Beijing and Tianjin, the Central service capabilities in all areas is still insufficient, its service radiation is confined to the surrounding regions, and radiation driven effect is smaller to the small and medium-sized cities in central and western regions. Compared with the Yangtze River economic belt, the biggest problem for the Yellow River economic belt collaborative development lies in its Yellow River shipping function insufficient comparatively, moreover, horizontal economic connects between the east and west is relatively weak. Therefore, horizontal bridge channel construction will be playing a vital role for the Yellow River economic belt rapidly development.
