摘 要:从我国145个国家级高新区入手,探讨研发投入对高新区集群企业创新绩效的影响,采用社会网络分析方法得出中国高新区的四大主导产业,然后针对这四大主导产业选取上海高新区进行社会网络的拓扑性质分析,得出高新区集群企业研发投入网络具有显著的小世界特征;并进一步利用Ucinet得到研发投入网络的中心性和结构性指标,通过Eviews进行回归关系得到以下结论:等级度、度数中心度以及特征向量中心度和创新绩效正相关,有效规模、限制度和接近中心度三者与创新绩效负相关;高新区集群企业研发投入需要加强和其他合作者的直接联系,多参与到研发投入活动中来;增加行业规范性,同时要防止研发投入网络的过度紧密发展带来的创新活动放缓以及创新传播的受限,要不断吸引新的高新技术企业加入。This paper focuses on the influence of R&D investment on China's high-tech industrial development zone cluster enterprise innovation performance. First, from the 145 national high-tech zone to start using social network analysis derived four leading high-tech industrial zone, respectively is biological medicine, electronic information, equipment manufacturing and new materials, Then based on these four leading industries, this paper selects the Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Zone countries conduct empirical research, and the results show that the enterprise's own R&D investment play a significant role of cluster enterprise innovation performance. Followed by using cooperative network analysis of social network analysis, and found that the R&D cooperation between companies and universities can more fully make use of the enterprise's own R&D investment. Final results are as follows: The key of national high-tech zones improve cluster innovative performance is to increase R&D collaboration between companies and universities in order to make full use of their own R&D investment to get maximum benefits.
