摘  要:为了解决电力开关触头银镀层不耐磨、抗硫化变色性不佳等问题,以硫代硫酸盐体系镀覆银/石墨烯。借助KH-7700三维视频显微镜观察了复合镀层的形貌并计算了石墨烯含量,研究了其镀液组成及工艺条件对复合镀层中石墨烯含量的影响;采用DMR-5微欧仪测量了方块电阻,以CFT-1测试仪检测了其摩擦学性能;考察了抗高温氧化性能。结果表明:在含0.2 g/L阴离子表面活性剂,9.0 g/L石墨烯,搅拌速度160 r/min的硫代硫酸盐体系中,以0.6 A/dm^2电流密度施镀,可以得到石墨烯含量为5.4%(体积分数)的银/石墨烯复合镀层,其摩擦系数降低了80%,磨损量降低了89%;方块电阻降低了9.8%;高温抗氧化能力得到提高。The composition of thiosulfate silver system and the effect of the process parameter on the graphene content in the plating layer were investigated. The surface morphology of the plating layer was observed and the graphene content was calculated by three-dimensional video microscopy. The bot resistance was measured by DMR-5 micro ohmmeter, and the tribological property was tested by CFF-1 tester. Meanwhile, the high-temperature oxidation resistance was also investigated. Results showed that in the thiosulfate silver system with surfactant 0.2 g/L and graphene 9.0 g/L, the silver-graphene composite coating with 5.40/0 graphene was obtained when the current density was 0.6 A/dm2 and the stirring speed was 160 r/min. Besides, the friction coefficient, the wear rate and the box resistance of the silver graphene composite coatings decreased by 80%, 89% and 9.8% respectively. In addition, the high-temperature oxidation resistance of the coatings was improved.
