摘　　要：我国为适应大数据技术的发展,已经出台了相关指导意见和行动纲要。大数据日新月异的发展给我国乡村治理带来了根本性影响。大数据技术成为了乡村治理创新的核心驱动力,大数据促进了乡村治理的民主性发展、科学化决策、精细化水平和协同性趋势的时代转型,也面临着传统的数据思维理念束缚、有限的数据驾驭能力、滞后的数据开放、巨大的信息安全挑战。要实现乡村治理的善治目标和现代化转型,就要树立数据思维理念,提升乡村治理创新能力;提升数据分析能力,推动乡村治理内生力发展;完善数据标准建设,促进乡村治理主体融合;加快数据立法进程,保护乡村治理主体利益。Our country has come up with some relevant guidance and platform for action in order to meet the new requirement of big data technology. The rapid development of big data technology makes a fundamental difference to rural governance. Nowadays, it is obvious that in terms of rural governance innovation, big data technology has become the symbol of key driver. It not only promotes the democratic development of rural governance, scientific decision-making, but also becomes a collaborative trend of the era of transformation. On the other hand, however, it still has some disadvantages, such as the traditional data thinking constraints, limited data management capabilities and the challenge of information security. Based on these, in order to achieve the goal of worthy governance and rural governance modernization, it is suggested to establish data thinking, and improve rural governance innovation ability; to enhance the ability of data analysis and promote the development of productivity of rural governance; to perfect the construction of data standards and indorse the rural governance data fusion; to accelerate the legislative process and protect the benefits of the subject of rural governance.
