欧洲情报机构CWTS和ECOOM的发展模式及对我国的启示

摘　　要：文章通过实地考察、文献调研等方法在全面了解荷兰莱顿大学科学技术研究中心(CWTS)和比利时研发监测中心(ECOOM)两个机构主要研究领域的基础上,重点分析了两个机构的科研特色和发展特点,进而提出我国信息情报研究机构在建设和发展过程中,要深入开展基础理论研究、重视团队建设、加强数据库建设和产品发布平台建设、服务对象多元化和服务内容多样化、加强国际学术交流与合作等建议。By means of the methods of field work and literature investigation, this paper summarized the main re- search fields ofthe Centre for Science and Technology Studies（CWTS） and Centre for Research ＆ Development Monitor- ing（ECOOM）, analyzed their research characteristics and development patterns. Suggestions are put forward that infor- mation institutions should concentrate on basic theory research, team building, database construction, and platform de- velopment for information products publicity, and based on them the author also maintained service objects expansion and service diversification, strengthening international academic exchanges and cooperation
