摘　　要：本文提供一种移动网络流量测量系统,采用源端与目的端共同检测的方式来测算流量,通过与运营商计费数据进行对比,将运营商的测量误差限制在一个范围内,从用户终端对消费者实际使用的数据流量进行精确统计,可以精确到1Byte,从而实现对移动运营商计费系统的测量及其监督。This paper provides a mobile network traffic measurement system, using the source and destination to detect the way to measure the flow, by comparing with the operator billing data, the operator＇s measurement error is limited to a range from the user terminal pair Consumers actually use the data flow for accurate statistics, can be accurate to 1 Byte,in order to achieve the mobile operator billing system measurement and supervision.
