摘 要:针对"十二五"水专项太湖流域上海地区二次供水环节的突出问题,研究了二次供水优化布局与水质安全保障技术并进行工程示范。结果表明,示范工程龙头水水质稳定达标;结合国家需求和上海市的地方需求,通过在线监测、清洗消毒和布局优化等方面的技术研究,有力地支撑了上海市二次供水环节的安全保障和用户端饮用水卫生安全保障工作。With regard to the outstanding problems of the second water supply in Shanghai of Taihu river basin, which existed in the "National Water Pollution Control and Treatment Science and Technology Major Project of the 12th Five-Year Plan", this paper introduced the optimal layout of the secondary water supply and water quality security technology, and described the project demonstration. It was shown that the demonstration project' s tap water quality could meet the required standard stably. On basis of the national requirement and Shanghai ' s demand, the technology investigation on aspect of the on-line monitoring, cleaning-disinfection, and the layout optimization were conducted. Thus, the health safety security of the secondary water supply system and the resident drinking water have been strongly guaranteed.
