天津城镇污水厂排放新标准对南港工业区的影响

摘　　要：通过对天津市地方标准《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(DB 12/599—2015)与国家标准、地表水环境质量标准及污水再生回用标准的对比分析,研究和探讨天津市地方标准颁布实施后对天津南港工业区污水处理模式的影响,为提标后园区污水处理模式的优化设计和环境管理提供借鉴。Through comparison and analysis of Discharge Standards Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant （ DB 12/599 - 2015 ） and national standards, environmental quality stand- ards of surface water, wastewater reclamation and reuse, the impaction on drainage system of Nangang industrial park after Tianjin new local standards have been upgraded. The new local standards could be used as references for design optimization of drainage system and environmental management in industrial park.
