摘  要:以江苏昆山某污水厂生化池、沉淀池为例,针对此类大型污水处理池占地面积大、基底压力较小的特点,在地基处理中采用了沉降控制复合桩基。在此类桩基设计中,首先应通过理论计算绘出沉降-桩数关系曲线,然后根据曲线和允许沉降量确定桩基数量,并对承载力进行复核。沉降控制复合桩基比普通桩基础工程造价低,合理选用地基参数与控制沉降量,能够充分保证结构安全和工艺正常运行,适用于软土地区生化池、沉淀池等大型污水处理池的地基处理设计。The large wastewater treatment tank has the characteristics such as large coverage area and small foundation base pressure. With regard to this problem, the application of controlled-settlement composite piled foundation was recommended with the biochemical tank and settling tank of wastewater treatment plant in Kunshan, Jiangsn Province as an example. In this kind of pile design process, first of all, the relationship curve between settlement value and the number of piles ought to be drawn by theoret- ical calculation, then, the number of piled foundation was determined based on the curve and allowable settlement value, and the bearing capacity was checked. Due to the advantage of lower cost of controlled- settlement composite piled foundation than common piled foundation, the safety of structure and run nor- mally of process could be fully guaranteed if the reasonable foundation parameters were chosen and settlement is controlled. This kind of foundation design method could be applied to the biochemical tank and settling tank of large wastewater treatment plant in soft ground region.
