摘  要:安徽某煤矿矿井水净化处理改造工程,采用跌曝调节池/强化絮凝池/强化沉淀池/无阀滤池/二氧化氯消毒工艺,有效去除矿井水中的SS、COD、乳化油、浊度、细菌和大肠菌群等,出水SS<10 mg/L、SS粒径<0.3 mm、浊度<3 NTU、COD<30 mg/L、氨氮<1 mg/L、石油类<1 mg/L,可作为井下生产用水、地面选煤厂生产用水或达标排放等。详细介绍了矿井水处理站改造设计的工艺比选、工艺流程、主要构(建)筑物设计参数等,可供参考。Renovation project of a coal mine water purification treatment in Anhui Province, fell by drop aeration pond/enhanced flocculation tank/enhanced sedimentation tank/valveless filter/chlorine dioxide disinfection process, effectively remove suspended solids, COD, emulsified oil, turbidity, bacte- ria and coliform bacteria in mine water, the effluent SS less than 10 mg/L, suspended solids particle size less than 0.3 mm, turbidity less than 3 NTU, COD less than 30 mg,/L, ammonia nitrogen less than 1 mg/ L, oil less than 1 mg,/L, can be used as underground production water, ground coal preparation plant production water or discharge standards. Meanwhile, the process selection, process flow, design parame- ters of main structures were introduced for reference.
