摘  要:印刷废水具有化学组分复杂、油墨悬浮物质含量高等特点。通常采用的沉淀/厌氧/好氧组合处理工艺存在污泥产量大、占地面积大、运行管理复杂等问题。采用An MBR-SBR组合工艺处理印刷废水,设计处理规模为5 m3/d,出水COD均值为(304±30)mg/L,氨氮均值为(45±11)mg/L,优于北京市《水污染物排放标准》(DB 11/307—2005)中"排入城镇污水处理厂的水污染物排放限值"。与传统印刷废水处理工艺相比,该处理工艺提高了出水水质,缩短了工艺流程,简化了运行管理。The printing wastewater is characterized by complicated chemical composition and rich of ink suspended substances. The traditional treatment process of printing wastewater, i.e. sedimentation-anaerobic-aerobic method, has many problems, such as complicated operation and management, large sludge production and large area occupation. The combined short process of AnMBR and SBR with design capacity as 5 m3/d was developed to treat the printing wastewater. Concentrations of COD and NH4+ -N in the effluent were (304± 30) mg/L and (45±11 ) rag/L, respectively, which meet with the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants ( DB 11/307 - 2005 ). Compared with the traditional treatment process, this technology could improve the quality of effluent significantly, shorten the process and sireplify the operation and maintenance.
