摘  要:目的研究不同饲粮营养水平对巴马香猪和长白猪机体矿物元素沉积的影响。方法选取巴马香猪和长白猪共32头(每品种16头),随机分为4组(n=8),分别为长白猪饲喂美国国家研究委员会(NRC)饲粮组、长白猪饲喂中国猪饲养标准(GB)饲粮组、巴马香猪饲喂NRC饲粮组、巴马香猪饲喂GB饲粮组。试验从130日龄开始,至出栏时结束,采集血液、肝脏和肌肉样品,分析其中Cu、Mn、Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca和Na的含量。结果 (1)巴马香猪血浆和股二头肌中Cu含量,肝脏、股二头肌和腰大肌中Zn和Fe含量均显著高于长白猪(P<0.05)。(2)与GB饲粮相比,NRC饲粮可显著提高血浆Fe浓度和肝脏Zn、Fe含量(P<0.05)。(3)饲粮与品种对机体Na、Fe和Mn含量存在显著互作效应(P<0.05),GB饲粮可提高巴马香猪背最长肌Fe含量、长白猪肝脏Na含量和腰大肌Mn含量,NRC饲粮可提高长白猪背最长肌Fe含量、巴马香猪肝脏Na含量和腰大肌Mn含量。(4)除Mg元素外,肝脏中其他元素含量均显著高于骨骼肌中的含量(P<0.05);背最长肌中所有元素含量均显著高于股二头肌和腰大肌中的含量(P<0.05)。结论品种和饲粮对机体矿物元素含量存在不同程度的影响,机体不同部位之间矿物元素含量也存在差异。Objective To investigate the effects of different diets on mineral elements deposition in Bama mini-pigs and Landrace pigs. Methods Sixteen Bama mini-pigs and sixteen Landrace pigs were allocated randomly to one of the following four treatment groups(n=8), respectively:Landrace pigs fed NRC diet(recommended by National Research Council, 2012) or GB diet(Chinese feeding standard of swine, 2004), and Bama mini-pigs fed NRC diet or GB diet. The animals were fed from 130-day-old to their market weights. At the end of the experiment, blood, liver, and muscle tissues were sampled for determining contents of Cu, Mn, Zn, Fe, Mg, Ca, and Na. Results(1) The Cu contents in the plasma and biceps femoris muscle(BFM) of Bama mini-pigs as well as the contents of Zn and Fe in the liver, BFM, and psoas majormuscle(PMM) were higher(P〈0.05) than those of Landrace pigs.(2) Compared with GB diet, NRC diet significantly increased(P〈0.05) plasma Fe concentration and liver contents of Zn and Fe.(3) There was a significant diet-strain interaction(P〈0.05) on the contents of Na, Fe, and Mn. GB diet increased Fe content in the longissimus dorsi muscle(LDM) of Bama mini-pigs, and Na content in the liver and Mn content in the PMM of Landrace pigs. NRC diet increased Fe content in the LDM of Landrace pigs, and Na content in the liver and Mn content in PMM of Bama mini-pigs.(4) The liver contents of mineral elements(except Mg) were higher(P〈0.05) than those in the skeleton muscles; The contents of all mineral elements in the LDM were higher(P〈0.05) than those in the BFM and PMM. Conclusion The strain and diet had different effects on the contents of mineral elements in the body. The contents of mineral elements varied among different tissues.
