摘 要:含硼钢连铸过程中,结晶器总热流量呈下降的趋势,多炉连浇后热流量偏低。生产中可顺利浇铸前两炉,第三或第四炉易出现粘结、冷齿和漏钢现象。初步认为,这与含硼钢中B在浇铸过程中富集至保护渣中对其性能造成影响有关。结合B对连铸结晶器保护渣的影响综述和结晶器热流量与保护渣理化性能的关系分析,提出了含硼钢结晶器保护渣性能的改善方向。可从提高保护渣对B富集的饱和度上限入手,定性地调整措施为稍微降低保护渣中F-和SiO2含量。In the continuous casting process of steel containing boron, the mold heat flux presents a downward trendand mold heat flux is low after multiple heat casting. It is consistent showing in production practices that casting processis smooth for the first two heats and easily made of the bonding, cold teeth and steel leakage phenomenon when castingto the third or fourth heat. It is thought that B enrichment to mold fluxes has impacted on its performance during thecontinuous casting process of steel containing boron. Therefore, in this paper, based on the overview of the effect ofboron on physical and chemical properties of mold fluxes and the relationship analysis of mold heat flux and the physicaland chemical properties of mold fluxes, the improving direction of mold fluxes properties for steel containing boron isproposed. Qualitative improvement measure is improving the saturation limit of mold fluxes for B enrichment, which isthat slightly reducing the F- and SiO2 content of mold fluxes.
