摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对前列腺癌患者电切术后康复的影响。方法选取2014年12月至2015年6月间南京医科大学附属南京医院收治的80例前列腺癌行电切术的患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组在常规护理的基础上加强健康指导、功能锻炼及穴位按摩,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者术后膀胱功能的康复情况、住院时间、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)及生活质量(QOL)评分情况。结果观察组患者尿失禁发生率低于对照组,程度轻于对照组,膀胱冲洗时间和留置导尿管时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间短于对照组,术后3个月时IPSS和QOL评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论加强护理干预能够促进前列腺癌电切术患者术后膀胱功能的康复,缩短住院时间,改善症状和生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilita- tion in patients undergoing electrotomy for prostate cancer. Methods Eighty patients with prostate cancer undergoing electrotomy at The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from December 2014 to June 2015 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group using random number ta- ble with 40 patients in each group. The observation group was strengthened health guidance, functional training and acupuncture point massage on the basis of routine nursing and the control group was given con- ventional nursing. Bladder function, length of hospital stay, international prostate symptom score （IPSS） and quality of life （QOL） were compared between the two groups. Results Urinary incontinence was lower in the observation group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and bladder irrigation time and indwelling catheter time was shorter than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The length of hospital stay was shorter in the observation group than in the control （ P 〈 0. 05 ） group and IPSS and QOL score at 3 months after the surgery was lower in the observation group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Nursing in- tervention can promote the bladder function, shorten length of hospital stay and improve symptoms and life quality in prostate cancer patients undergoing electrotomy.
