摘  要:目的分析男性非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)的真菌感染检验结果,为临床防治真菌感染提供科学依据。方法选择2015年1月-2016年10月本院收治的312例男性非淋菌性尿道炎患者,收集所有患者尿液标本,检测病原菌并实施药敏试验,对检测结果进行分析。结果 312例男性非淋菌性尿道炎患者中真菌感染率为10.26%,以白色念珠菌最为常见,占37.50%,而热带念珠菌占31.25%,光滑念珠菌占18.75%;热带念珠菌对酮康唑、氟康唑、伊曲康唑三者的耐药率均为10.00%,而白色念珠菌对上述3种真菌药物耐药率均为8.33%。结论男性非淋菌性尿道炎真菌感染以热带念珠菌和白色念珠菌为常见的病原菌,两者对唑类抗真菌药物敏感性较高,故临床使用抗菌药物治疗时,应根据药敏试验结果给予合适的抗菌药物,并控制给药剂量。Objective To analyze the male nongonococcal urethritis( NGU) test results of fungal infection,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment. Methods We collected urine samples from 312 cases of male patients with NGU from January 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital,followed by pathogen detection and drug sensitivity test,and the detection results were analyzed. Results Among 312 male patients with NGU,the fungal infection rate was 10. 26%,Candida albicans was the most common( 37. 50%),and Candida tropicalis accounted for 31. 25%,Candida glabrata accounted for 18. 75%.Drug resistance of Candida tropicalis to ketoconazole,fluconazole and itraconazole was all 10. 00%,and that of Candida albicans was 8. 33%. Conclusion Candida tropicalis and Candida pathogens were common pathogenic bacteria in fungal infection of male NGU,and both of them were sensitive to azole antifungal drugs,so the clinical use of antimicrobial drugs should be based on the results of drug sensitive test to give the appropriate antibiotics and control the dosage.
