摘 要:在激光增材制造过程中,光致等离子体的辐射强度、温度及电子密度对入射激光能量的传输效率及增材的成形质量、组织性能都有很大影响,对光致等离子体进行分析具有重要意义。使用光纤光谱仪建立了同轴送粉金属直接沉积的光谱采集系统,采用光谱诊断分析方法对不同工艺参数下的等离子体温度和电子密度进行计算,得出激光增材制造过程中不同实验条件下,激光功率、送粉量、扫描速度以及增材层数等参量对等离子体的辐射强度、温度及电子密度间的影响规律。通过本文的研究,有助于理解激光增材制造过程光致等离子体形成机理及影响因素,为实现激光增材制造过程质量自动控制打下基础。In the process of laser additive manufacturing,the radiation intensity,temperature and the electron density of the plasma have great influences on transmission efficiency of laser energy,forming quality and structure property.In this paper,spectrum acquisition system for coaxial power direct metal deposition was established by using fiber optic spectrometer,and spectrum analysis methods were used to calculate plasma temperature and electron density under different process parameters.The relationships between laser power,feeding rate,scanning speed,and cladding layers and the radiation intensity,temperature,electron intensity of the plasma were found.The findings of the paper will be helpful to understand the formative mechanism and influencing factors of laser induced plasma during laser additive manufacturing,and lay the foundations for automatic quality control of laser additive manufacturing process.
