摘 要:通过中心复合设计方法设计试验方案,基于响应面法建立了SPCC与65Mn异种金属激光焊接工艺参数与平均熔宽之间的数学模型,分析了各焊接参数对焊缝平均熔宽的影响,并对激光焊接工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,对平均熔宽影响最大的主效应是焊接速度,交互效应是焊接速度与离焦量。当激光功率为3.6kW、焊接速度为1.6m/min、离焦量为1.2mm时,焊缝平均熔宽最大。在此优化工艺参数下进行试验,平均熔宽为1.22mm,试验结果令人满意。In this paper,through the central composite design method design the experimental scheme.Based on the response surface methodology,the mathematical model of SPCC and 65 Mn dissimilar metal laser welding parameters and average welding width is established.The influence of welding parameters on the average welding width is analyzed,and the parameters of laser welding are optimized.The results show that the main effect on the average welding width is the welding speed,and the interactive effect is the welding speed and defocusing distance.When the laser power is 3.6kW,the welding speed is 1.6m/min and the defocusing distance is 1.2mm,the average welding width is the largest.Under the optimum process parameters,the average welding width is 1.22 mm,and the experimental results are satisfactory.
