摘 要:在薄板坯连铸连轧产线生产薄规格SK95钢,并对不同厚度的热轧态钢板和经过软化退火、冷轧及球化退火后钢板的组织、力学性能、球化效果进行研究。结果表明,热轧态钢板的组织以片层珠光体为主,与2.5 mm钢板相比,1.8 mm热轧态钢板的珠光体片层间距减小约100μm,脱碳层减小0.01 mm,且无网状碳化物,抗拉强度高约70 MPa,1.8 mm软化退火态钢板球化率增加20%,抗拉强度降低约40 MPa,伸长率从21%提高至23.5%;而冷轧后球化退火态钢板较软化退火态钢板抗拉强度降低约80 MPa,伸长率从23.5%提高至35%。The thin sheet of tool steel SK95 was developed on thin slab casting and direct rolling( TSCR). The microstructure,mechanical properties and spheroidizing effect of the sheets as-hot-rolled,as-annealled and as-spheroidized with different thickness were analyzed and compared. The results show that,microstructure of the hot rolled state are mainly lamellar pearlite,pearlite spacing of the 1. 8 mm sheet is about 100 μm finer compared with the 2. 5 mm sheet,the decarburization layer is about 0. 01 mm less,the tensile strength increases by about70 MPa and without carbide networks. Meanwhile,spheroidizing ratio of 1. 8 mm sheet is 20% higher than 2. 5 mm sheet after annealing,the tensile strength decreases by about 40 MPa,the elongation increases from 21% to 23. 5%. However,the tensile strength decreases by about 80 MPa and the elongation increases from 23. 5% to 35% after cold rolling and spheroidizing compared with annealling.
