摘  要:采用消失模铸造法试制了一种新型VC_p增强的中锰耐磨合金,研究淬火温度和碳配分时间对中其硬度和冲击性能的影响。结果表明,Q&P热处理工艺对试验合金的硬度和冲击性能有明显的影响。随着碳配分时间增加,试验合金硬度先缓慢小幅增加,当超过600 s以后硬度上升加快;而淬火温度对硬度虽然有一定的影响,但并不是很明显。另外,随着碳配分时间的增加,试验合金的冲击性能是先增加到某一峰值以后反而减少;而不同的淬火温度对冲击性能到达峰值的时间先后和快慢有一定的影响。A medium manganese wear resistant alloy with VCp strengthen phase was casted by evaporative pattern casting method, and the effect of the quenching temperature and carbon partitioning time of Q&P heating treatment process on the nlechanical properties was researched. The results show that there are remarkable certain effect on the hardness and the impact toughness of the medium manganese wear resistant alloy. The hardness of the medium manganese wear resistant alloy increases slowly at first with carbon partitioning lime increasing, hence continuously increase fast when the carbon partitioning time exceed 600 s. The quenching temperature also has certain effect on the hardness, but it is not obvious. Moreover, the impact toughness of the medium manganese wear resistant alloy increases at first to the peak value with the increase of carbon partitioning time, hence decreases step by step. The quenching temperature has certain effect on the time or speed to reach the peak value for impact toughness.
