摘  要:测量了Cr5钢支承辊在不同温度下的热物性参数,建立了Cr5钢支承辊差温热处理的传热分析模型。通过反传热计算确定了差温加热过程中试验件的表面换热系数。使用所建立的传热分析模型和换热系数,模拟计算了试验件差温热处理过程中的温度场分布情况。结果表明,温度计算结果与实测结果相吻合,可预测Cr5钢支承辊生产件差温热处理过程的温度场,这对控制支承辊淬硬层具有重要指导意义。The thermal physical parameters of Cr5 backup roll were measured. Heat transfer analysis model of Cr5 backup roll during differential heat treatment process was established. The surface heat transfer coefficients of a tested component were determined by the inverse heat transfer calculation. Using the analysis model and heat transfer coefficients established,the temperature field distribution of the tested component in differential heat treatment processes was calculated. The results show that the calculated temperatures well meet the experimental results. So the temperature field distribution of Cr5 backup roll production in differential heat treatment process can be predicted,which is of great importance to control the hardened layer.
